ChampionsGate Resort sells 45,000 square foot office building for $8.8Million (11/16/07)

 

ChampionsGate, Fla. (November 16, 2007) ChampionsGate Resort, the 1,500 acre resort-style town center and luxury golf course community located on its own I-4 exit just south of Walt Disney World, recently sold its three-story, 45,000 square foot office building at 8390 ChampionsGate Blvd. for  $8.8 million.

 

Marc Reicher, vice president of operations at ChampionsGate, said BGK, a Santa Fe, New Mexico-based investment group, acquired the building.

           

ChampionsGate and RIDA Associates, LP developed and built the office building five years ago, along with the Greg Norman-designed 36-hole championship golf course and Four-Diamond Omni Resort Hotel at ChampionsGate.

           

Grubb & Ellis|Commercial Florida  negotiated the sale of the building which  is 100 percent leased, Reicher said.
